Dr Seah attained his MBBS from University of Malaya in 1998 and Master in Medicine-Anaesthesia from National University of Singapore in 2003. He is very involved in the aesthetic world and currently searching for simplicity and natural in art of beauty as part of his continuous learning to keep his interest.
